How to Fix Google Chrome Scaling on Windows 10 and 11

Google Chrome is fast and reliable, but sometimes it doesn’t display properly on Windows computers. Users often report that the browser looks blurry, too large, or poorly scaled , especially on newer high-resolution screens. This issue is usually linked to Windows DPI scaling , but it’s something you can fix in just a few steps. Quick Fixes for Chrome Scaling 1. Update Compatibility Settings Right-click on the Chrome shortcut and choose Properties . Open the Compatibility tab. Select Change high DPI settings . Check Override high DPI scaling behavior and choose Application . Save and restart Chrome. 2. Add Chrome Launch Commands Right-click on the Chrome shortcut → Properties → Shortcut tab.
